1. Object
These General Terms govern the use of the services provided by Satoshi Signature, including AI-generated T-shirt design and resale services.
2. Liability Disclaimer
The user acknowledges that any design generated via our platform is their sole responsibility. Satoshi Signature is not responsible for:
- Legal claims related to copyright or trademark infringement
- Images, text, or concepts generated that violate third-party rights
- Any form of content that may be considered offensive, discriminatory, or illegal
The client agrees not to use the service for unlawful, defamatory, or commercial purposes involving third-party intellectual property.
3. Payment & Orders
All payments are due at checkout. Orders are only processed after confirmation of payment. No refunds on digital goods or custom productions.
4. Production & Shipping
Each product is made to order. Production time: 2–4 business days. Delivery delays caused by carriers are outside our responsibility.
5. Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the case of:
- Production errors
- Defective or damaged items
Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt.
6. Intellectual Property
All content generated by users is presumed to be owned or licensed by the user. You are solely liable for the designs you create, upload, or resell. We reserve the right to block or delete content that violates intellectual property laws.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which our business is registered. Any disputes will be resolved under that jurisdiction.
